This is a wonderful collection from Makower fabric, ‘full of eastern promise’.
This beautiful Jaipur-inspired collection features a vibrant elephant and pretty floral designs embellished with gold metallic detailing. The mandala design represents the spiritual journey through layers, from the outside to the inner core. The 10-inch square panel is perfect for home decor projects and looks stunning in the free quilt pattern.
Symbols of India are scattered throughout the collection; elephants, mandala, peacocks and more, and the rich colours are those we traditionally associate with the Indian sub-continent too – deep purply reds, turquoise, teal greens, with accents of pale blue, pink and lilac.
The highlight of the collection has to be the panel, made up of large 10″ square blocks which can be used in its entirety or fussy cut for quilts or other projects.
Makower have designed a gorgeous quilt pattern that makes the most of the fabrics in the collection.
