Our customers have been loving the boiled wool / acrylic fabric, but asking for brighter colours.
We have now found a boiled wool that is 100% wool and comes in a range of colours.
This is the Royal Blue.

This is 100% superb quality Boiled Pure Wool Fabric which is ideal for a range of projects but particularly winter garments including jackets and coats, through to skirts other garments.

Being Pure Wool and at 415gsm the fabric is heavy but still practical enough to stitch. The manufacturing process adds durability and leaves the fabric with a useful non-fray finish.
The non-fray quality makes it perfect for use with the coats and jackets from our range of Tessuti dressmaking patterns.
These are quick and easy to make up as the seams are lapped and require no finishing.
Oeko-Tex Certified.
RWS – Responsible Wool Standard Certified. This certification means that the wool comes from farmers who comply with standards regarding their animals’ welfare and their care of the land. For full information check their website.
