This is a large (36 x 44″) cut and sew panel from the Holiday Cheer collection designed by Stacy Iest Hsu.
Stacy is known for panels she designs to be made up into toys for children, and this is her latest Christmas offering.
The panel contains all the instructions and the pattern pieces printed in Christmassy colours of red, green and natural, to make up two soft toys.
The toys are a reindeer boy and girl – the girl has a removable dress, a bow in her hair and carries a tote bag decorated with candy cane motifs.
The boy, recognisable by his budding antlers is dressed in shorts and a bow tie; both can be removed for added play value. He carries a stuffed candy cane.

The instructions are straightforward and the panel contains everything you will need apart from thread for stitching, stuffing, a small piece of narrow elastic and a tiny piece of velcro to fasten the bow tie.
Stitching can be done on the machine, or by hand, whichever you prefer.
You may wish to interface the body pieces before stitching for added stability.

What a delightful toy to make for a child. Imagine their faces peeking out fromt he top of their stockings on Christmas morning!
