Do you struggle to buy, or to sew well-fitting trousers?
The fault is not your body. It is that ready-made garments are trying to accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and sometimes trying to fit everyone means that that don’t really fit anyone!
We hope this workshop will help!
We will work from accurate body measurements to adapt and alter your pattern to your body shape.
You will go home with a pair of trousers (or shorts or culottes) well on the way to being finished, that have been cut to your requirements, and an understanding of how to make adaptations to other patterns for a better fit.
We stock a range of patterns that you may like to use, plus fabrics that are suitable for trousers for both summer and winter wear.
Of course you may prefer to purchase pattern and fabric elsewhere and bring along on the day.
